Gift Vouchers Terms & Conditions
- Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
- No extensions will be given. Once the voucher has expired it becomes null and void.
- Gift Vouchers are available in denominations of £10 with a £10 minimum.
- Gift Vouchers can only be used in a single transaction; and cannot be exchanged for cash. No change or refund will be given.
- Gift Vouchers may be used for goods or services of a higher value, on payment of the difference.
- Gift Vouchers will not be replaced when lost, damaged or stolen.
- Gift Vouchers will be subject to verification at time of presentation.
- Gift Voucher only valid at The Potter’s house pottery.
- Physical Ceramic vouchers can only be redeemed in the store. E vouchers are can be used online.
- In the event of any dispute, the decision of The Potter’s House pottery is final.
The Potter’s House pottery reserves the right to amend these terms & conditions without prior notice.
The Potters House Pottery Voucher Policy

These terms and conditions govern the use of both e-vouchers and physical vouchers purchased from The Potters House Pottery, located in Muir of Ord, Scotland. By purchasing or using a voucher, you agree to these terms and conditions.
- Purchase and Redemption
- Vouchers can be purchased in-store or online via our website.
- Vouchers are redeemable for any products or services provided by The Potters House Pottery.
- Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash and are non-refundable.
- Validity and Expiry
- Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
- Expired vouchers cannot be redeemed or reactivated.
- Usage
- Vouchers must be presented at the time of purchase.
- If the value of the purchase exceeds the value of the voucher, the balance must be paid by the customer.
- If the value of the purchase is less than the value of the voucher, the remaining balance will be retained for future use within the validity period.
- Lost or Stolen Vouchers
- The Potters House Pottery is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged vouchers.
- Lost or stolen vouchers will not be replaced.
- Fees and Charges
- Any fees, such as activation or dormancy fees, will be clearly disclosed before purchase.
- The Consumer Rights Act 2015 prohibits unfair or excessive fees.
- Refunds and Exchanges
- Vouchers are generally non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Consumers have the right to a refund or exchange for faulty or misrepresented goods, including vouchers.
- Combining Offers
- Terms should not require consumers to spend the full value of the voucher in one transaction.
- There is no limit on the number of vouchers that can be used in a single transaction.

Paint Your Own Pottery
With a wide selection of bisque for
you to choose from there is something for everybody. Pottery painting is
suitable for all ages and abilities. Staff are always on hand to offer help and
techniques. We use non-toxic and food safe glazes enabling you to use your
finished piece at home.
Paint your pottery piece, leave it with us to be dipped in clear glaze, then
fired and usually ready for collection in a week.
